About me

I'm Pradeesh Irulappan, a techno-functional Oracle Fusion HCM consultant with around 4.5 years of experience and three end-to-end implementations delivered. I work across both sides of the platform — translating business requirements into clean functional configuration, then extending the system technically where the standard product stops.

On the functional side, my core strength spans the HCM suite: Time & Labor (OTL), Payroll, Workforce Scheduling, Core HR, Security, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

On the technical side, I build the layers that make an implementation truly fit the client: custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports and dashboards, Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and time logic, HDL data loads, VBCS extensions, REST API integrations, and Redwood enhancements. I'm comfortable owning a requirement from configuration through to a working custom solution.

I hold 12 certifications in total, concentrated in the Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud space, with additional cross-platform credentials in AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. The full list, with verification links, is in the Certifications section below.

I'm an active member of the Oracle ACE community, where I focus on helping new Fusion consultants find their footing — which is exactly why this site exists. Every topic is built to take a beginner from concept to confident, not just through the clicks.

Beyond writing, I maintain a GitHub profile with hands-on technical work, including custom REST API integration flows and other Oracle Fusion HCM utilities.
